One cup of flakes contains approximately 19 grams of elemental magnesium. Suggested Use: Foot Bath: Dissolve 1 cup of approx 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes.Full bath: Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
